John Dowd Discusses New Federal Mandate to Keep CDL Holders, Employers in Check

Next week,  a new federal mandate will kick in, designed to prevent tragedies like the one in New Hampshire when a West Springfield truck driver crashed into a group of motorcyclists, killing seven of them.

Starting January 6, 2020, the Federal Commercial Driver’s License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse will require employers and drivers to register in its new, federally mandated online database.
